Good service. Food was good. 8/10. Price was $21.75 for this plate and a soda. Ambiance was low key. Nothing too loud.
This restaurant catered a wedding I went to in Northampton. It was the best wedding food I have had in a long time. The arroz con gandules was particularly good. I enjoyed the Lechon as well. The next time I'm near Westfield I'll be eating their food again.
Warm, cozy restaurant with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming way upon entering and seated at a corner table. Our server, Alexa was kind, and friendly. We felt like welcomed guests for sure. We started our meal with fried plantain baskets with seafood. This dish was beyond phenomenal. So tasty! I had the stewed chicken & vegetables. The chicken was so tender and melt in your mouth good. My husband had the stewed cube steak with onion. He really enjoyed it. For dessert we had the coconut flan. The perfect ending to our meal. I cannot recommend Santiago's enough. If you're wanting a delicious meal, head on over! You won't regret it.

No other place in Westfield sells quality, authentic food like this the kitchen is like walking into a cultural paradise with the smell of rotisserie chicken in the background fried pork tantalizing, your eyes empanadas soft enough to give your mouth orgasm

What a great little restaurant. There are about 8 tables in the whole place. Easy to get your servers attention. I got the pulled pork dinner and it was so amazing. Truly authentic Puerto Rican food. I can't wait to go back.
I'm sitting here eating the leftovers from the other night and even reheated, the food is so delicious. 10/10. Must-orders: POTATO BALLS!!!!!! I got three but only could eat one at a time; they are very filling.
We've driven past this restaurant many times on our way to visit the college campus but always dismissed it because from the outside it's a little hole the wall. We finally decided to try it based on the reviews and it will definitely become our new go-to place when we're in the area. The food is excellent. Authentic freshly prepared Puerto Rican menu with great service. I believe we saw an Abuelita cooking in the back ;). Although the establishment is small, it's very clean and the staff is quite attentive.
A-ok family run restaurant. Homestyle Puerto Rican food with friendly and fast service. I had the fried pork chop and it was delicious. Yes, maybe just the slightest bit salty but a delicious indulgent treat. Empanadas were very good too. Everything was tasty. I raised the review from 3 to 4 stars because of the homemade hot sauce. Yeah, it's great. They should sell it by the bottle.
